ORDER:-This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dt.30.10.2019 and the requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II,(CCIW-Special Court), Tirunelveli, in D.No.1109/2023 dated 04.11.2023 and this Court made the following order:- "This criminal original petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.1 of 2015. 1/3

2. The learned Judicial Magistrate No-II (CCIW-Special Court), Tirunelveli, sent a letter, dated 04.11.2023, requesting extension of further time of six months to dispose of C.C.No.1 of 2015, pursuant to the order of this Court, dated 06.02.2023.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judge, this Court is inclined to grant further time to dispose of the above case. Accordingly, six months time is extended for disposing the case in C.C.No.1 of 2015 from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. "
