ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by A.D.JAGADISH CHANDIRA,J.) Challenge is made to the order dated 30.06.2025 passed by the second respondent rejecting the grant of 15 days emergency leave to the petitioner's husband to raise funds for education of his children. 2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents. 3.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the convict prisoner is having four previous cases, out of which, one is for commercial quantity and the pending cases have been posted trial on various dates. Apart from that, the reason sought for leave is to pay the school fees, it is also not for

emergent and as per Rule 35 of Tamil Nadu Suspension of Sentence Rule, the respondents have rejected the request of the petitioner's husband 4.We find that there is no infirmity in the order passed by the second respondent. Hence, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
