This writ petition is filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to survey the petitioner's land bearing survey No.2304 at Theni, Allinagaram, Karuvelnaickkanpatti, Theni District. 2.A notice dated 05.02.2014 has been issued by the 2nd respondent herein, calling upon the petitioner and others to produce documents for making the survey, failing which, the same would be rejected. 3.In the light of the said notice, the 1st respondent is directed to consider the application of the petitioner and dispose of the same within a

period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of, accordingly.
