This Civil Revision Petition is filed as against the fair and decreetal order passed by the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul in I.A.No.3 of 2022 in O.S.No.359 of 2014 dated 14.07.2022. 1/4

2.Today(16.09.2022), when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that though several grounds have been raised in this Civil Revision Petition, he has restricted his prayer to a limited extent that a direction may be issued to the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.359 of 2014 at the earliest possible time, since the trial is pending from the year 2014 and also it is now at the stage of arguments. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Dindigul to conclude the trial and dispose of the suit in O.S.No.359 of 2014 as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
