ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders to call for the records relating to FIR in Crime No.77 of 2022 dated 04.03.2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Thiruverembur, Trichy District and quash the same as against the petitioners.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.77 of 2022, the respondent police filed the final report before the concerned Court and the same was not taken on file so far.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), there shall be a direction to the concerned Judicial Magistrate to process the final report as per rules. Liberty is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy through the appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if he is still aggrieved by the Final Report. 2/4
