Respondents Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the entire records in connection with the impugned order of the 1st respondent in Pa.Mu.P4/923/2013, dated 30.10.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct 1st respondent to grant patta in respect of the property in S.No.13/3A, 13/3B and 13/3C in Perungudi Village, Madagupatti Taluk, Sivagangai District based on the petitioner's purchase and possession of the same from the year 1979 and also restrain the 2nd and 3rd respondents from aiding the respondents 4 to 10 in the civil dispute and further direct the respondents 2 and 3 to give protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and his family members.
