2. Pursuant to the statutory notice issued by this court on 12.01.2024, the respondent/contemnor has filed an application to dispense with the appearance. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of the sub application, the appearance of the respondent/contemnor is dispensed with.

3. When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the order of this Court dated 22.12.2022 has been complied with and the .
