ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(c) imposed in Crl.OP (MD).No.10642 of 2025 dated 26.06.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has filed a anticipatory bail petition before this Court on 23.06.2025 in Crl.OP.(MD). No.10642 of 2025. The said anticipatory bail petition was heard and on 26.06.2025, this Hon'ble Court was pleased to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. In the said bail order, Condition No.6(c) as follows: ''(c). The petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30a.m. until further orders.''

3. He further submits that this petitioner complying the said condition from 13.07.2025. This petitioner is a college going student, due to the compliance of the said condition this petitioner find it very difficult to attend college regularly and his attendance is shortage, it will cause prejudice to his education. Therefore, the petitioner seek indulgence of this court by modifying the said condition imposed against him. Hence, he prays for modification of the said condition by allowing this present modification petition.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner complying the condition from 13.07.2025. He has not raised any objection to allow this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition.

Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioner and being satisfied with the reasons stated above, this Court is inclined to modify the Condition No.6(c) in the order made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.10642 of 2025 dated 26.06.2025. Accordingly, Condition No.6(c) is modified as ''(c) The petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.'' The other conditions shall remain unaltered.

6. With the above said modification, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
