This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.12.2014 and give adequate police protection to the petitioner for surveying the land to an extent of 6 1/2 cents situated in Survey No.3A-2, Block No.20, Survey Ward D, Seenivasapuram, Kodaikanal, Dindigul District.

3. In view of the same, the second respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
