ORDER

Alleging that the order of this Court in W.P.(MD)No.5444 of 2020, dated 22.07.2020, has not been complied with, the present Contempt Petition has been filed before this Court.

2. When the Writ Petition was disposed of, this Court took into consideration the fact that the subject property had been classified as a ''Government Punja Land'' and that steps were taken to convert the same into Ryotwari House Sites. Only after it is converted into Ryotwari House Site and the Patta is issued to the petitioner, this Court directed the survey to be conducted. That stage has not reached, since the conversion into Ryotwari House Sites has not been completed.

3. In view of the above, this Court does not find any violation of the order passed by this Court and this Contempt Petition is closed. Index : Yes / No 13.10.2023 smn2 2/4
