This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus to direct the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner association dated 09.11.2013.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, a counter has been filed indicating that the request of the petitioner was under consideration. But, however, by notification of the year 2015, the subject matter of the representation had been transferred to the Department of Automic Energy.

3.In view of the said fact, the mandamus as prayed for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However, the petitioner would be at liberty to approach the concerned department by making a fresh representation.
