ORDER

The above petition has been filed seeking orders to condone the delay of 332 days in filing the above appeal.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the delay is condoned with a condition to the petitioners to pay the cost of Rs.500/- (Rupees Five Hundred only) to the Women Lawyers Association attached to the Madurai Bench of Madras High Court, Madurai, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a 2/3

copy of this order, failing which, this petition shall stand dismissed automatically without any further reference to Court. Accordingly, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
