ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A2 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under sections 406 and 420 of IPC, in Crime No.108 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused persons had approached the de-facto complainant for renting cars for hire and they have taken 13 cars and subsequently, they neither paid the hire charges nor returned the cars.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that the de-facto complainant had entered into an agreement with A1 and the petitioner had only accompanied A1 and he has nothing to do with the alleged transaction between the de-facto complainant and A1.
4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.
5.I have gone through the complainant given by the de-facto complainant. On perusal of the same, it is made clear that the petitioner and A1 had approached the de-facto complainant for hiring the vehicles. Hence, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed. sd/- 01/06/2015 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
