2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 08.11.2024, there was no representation for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the respondent was present. Therefore, the matter was posted on 26.11.2024, under the caption ' for dismissal'. Today(17.12.2024) also, there is no appearance for the revision petitioner.

3. For all those above said reasons, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for default with costs. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
