Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.GOKUL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.P.KOTTAI CHAMY, GOVT. ADVOCATE(CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed seeking extension of time for executing the sureties as ordered by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.11971 of 2021 dated 07.09.2021.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is a fisherman and he went to sea for his work. Once the petitioner went to sea, he return back after 30 days and hence, he could not be able to arrange sureties within the time stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this petition is allowed and the time is extended by ten days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
