RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to totally relax the condition imposed on the petitioners / Accused in bail order in Crl.O.P.(MD) No. 12262 of 2021 by this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SEENI S, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KOTTAICHAMY, Government Advocate(Criminal side), on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.12262 of 2021, dated 26.08.2021. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are complying with the condition from 18.09.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.

4. Since the petitioners are complying with the condition without fail, the condition is fully relaxed. 5.The petition is ordered accordingly.
