Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Advocate General assisted by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

2. The petitioner challenges the impugned tender notification solely on the ground that it is not in conformity with G.O.Ms.No.81, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (S.G.S.1) Department, dated 13.06.2023. The petitioner is Keerambur Panchayat Union Councillor. According to him, he must be a part of the Block Level Committee. The petitioner's grievance is that in respect of the petition mentioned tender works, he was not involved. 2/4

3. The learned Additional Advocate General points out that G.O.Ms.No. 81, Rural Development and Panchayat Raj (S.G.S.1) Department was issued on 13.06.2023. The petition mentioned tender works had been identified much earlier. The respondents state that in respect of future works, the petitioner will be fully associated and he will be very much a member of the Block Level Committee. This undertaking given by the respondents will relate back to 13.06.2023.
