ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to transfer the investigation in Crime No. 31 of 2023 on the file of the third respondent police and entrust the same to any other competent officer for fair and free investigation.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that after completing the investigation in Crime No.31 of 2023, the respondent police filed the final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate,Thiruvaiyaru and the same was taken on file in C.C.No.114 of 2023.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), this Criminal Original petition is dismissed as infructuous. Liberty is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy through the appropriate remedy before the concerned Court, if he is still aggrieved by the Final Report.
