Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pursuance to the impugned letter of the respondent herein Letter No.226 of 2014 dated 25.08.2014, and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to register the petitioner's marriage and issue the marriage certificate.
