This petition has been filed to extend the time limit to comply with the condition prescribed in the order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14543 of 2022 dated 08.03.2023.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. since the petitioner is unable to execute sureties within the stipulated time prescribed by this Court.
3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order in Crl.O.P(MD) No.14543 of 2022 is extended for a period of 15 days, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
