PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents herein to dispose of the representations dated 15.7.2013 to remove the encroachment of the 6th respondent and pass appropriate order on the basis of the representation within the time frame stipulated by this Court. O R D E R

[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 5 to remove the encroachments made by the sixth respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2013, within a time frame stipulated by this Court.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would suffice if a direction is given to the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, within a stipulated time.

The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 has no objection in considering the request of the petitioner.

In view of the above, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, the respondents 1 to 5 are directed to consider the petitioner' representation dated 15.07.2013 and pass appropriate orders, if not already disposed of, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due notice to all the parties concerned, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
