O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 03.04.2018.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The grievance of the petitioner is that he has given a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.10056 of 2018 complaint before the respondent on 03.04.2018. That complaint is pending before the respondent without any progress so far. Hence, the present petition has been filed.

4. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents, on instructions, would submit that on the petitioner's complaint dated 03.04.2018 enquiry has been conducted by the Inspector of Police, Villur Police Station, in which both the petitioner and the proposed accused have also appeared. Since the enquiry reveals that it is a civil dispute, the respondent police closed the complaint with a direction to approach the civil Court.

5. Considering the fact that the complaint given by the petitioner has been enquired into and closed, no further order is required to be passed in the present petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
