This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to survey petitioners son property in Patta No.2106 in Survey No. 280/1A1 of R.S Mangalam, R.S Mangalam Taluk, Ramanathapuram District by considering the application No. 2025/N123/27/004615 dated 30.04.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. The petitioner submitted a representation to the respondents on 30.04.2025 for surveying his property. However, no action has been taken on the said representation. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed.
4. Learned Special Government Pleader, appearing for the official respondents, submits that the representation of the petitioner's would be 2/5
considered by the respondents 1 and 2 within a time stipulated by this Court.
5. In view of the above submissions, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 30.04.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the impleaded respondents as well as interested parties and pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Needless to say, if any rival claims, the same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the civil Court. There shall be no order as to costs.
