O RDER This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to provide adequate Police protection while fencing the land belonging to the petitioner.

2. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, she is the owner of the property in Old Survey No.163/44, Survey No.1645/45. Now after the subdivision of the property, the New Survey Number is Survey No.163/47 in Assur Village, Tiruverumbur Taluk, Trichy District and she got surveyed the land and boundary stones were also fixed by the Revenue Department and when the petitioner intended to fence his land, the third respondent, who expressed without any basis has claimed that the land belonging to the petitioner is of a temple property.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the representation of the petitioner, dated 20.06.2023, is registered as C.S.R.No.245 of 2023 and enquiry is being initiated and requested short time for completion of the same.
