ORDER

Though the writ petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the order of the first respondent in Na.Ka.No. 26119/2012/Aa4 dated 27.01.2014 and to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to restore the patta No.221 in the name of the petitioner's parents in respect of S.No.57/1B, situated at R.Vadipatti Village, Palani Taluk, the contesting respondent by consent would submit that he has no objection to the patta being issued in the name of all the legal heirs of Palaniammal as also the fourth respondent. This will be subject to the judgment of S.A.(MD) No.22 of 2019.
