(MD).No.803 of 2021 in Crl.OP.(MD).No.1146 of 2020 dated 01.03.2021 to sign weekly two days on Friday and Saturday. Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SHRI SHANTHAJI.P, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent No.1, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.803 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1146 of 2020, dated 01.03.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly.

CRL MP(MD) No.15729 of 2022 4.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.803 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.1146 of 2020, dated 01.03.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on first working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 am until further orders.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
