ORDER

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The question that arises for consideration is whether the cancellation of legal heir certificate issued in favour of the writ petitioner is valid or not.

3.There are factual aspects involved. The Writ Court cannot decide the relationship of the parties. The petitioner will have to independently establish his claim only before the jurisdictional Civil Court by filing an appropriate declarative suit.

4.Granting liberty to the petitioner to move the jurisdictional Civil Court, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
