ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to split up the case in C.C.No.1165 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District and dispose of the same.

2. The Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil, Tirunelveli District to split up and dispose of the case pending in C.C.No.1165 of 2014 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
