This Court directed the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi to complete the trial within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed in Crl.O.P (MD)No.13360 of 2019 on 25.09.2019. The learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi has sought for further extension of time of three months.

2. This Court is satisfied with the reasons assigned by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Thoothukudi in the letter in D.No.A1/588//2021 dated 24.02.2021 addressed to the Registry of this Court.
