ORDER
The respondent herein is a judicial officer. When a remand prisoner was produced before him, the respondent faced an extremely horrible situation. The details are so disgusting that I do not want to set them out in this petition. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, this Court suggested to the counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners can meet the judicial officer concerned in person and express their sincere regrets and apologies for the occurrence. Crl OP(MD)No.7409 of 2015 judicial officer on 18.10.2019 and conveyed their regrets and apologies. I am of the view that this Court should give a quietus to the issue. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that he would have no objection for quashing the impugned proceedings as far as the petitioners are concerned. Since the petitioners have conveyed their heart felt regret and apologies to the respondent and since the respondent is also not having any objection for quashing the impugned proceedings, the impugned proceedings stand quashed as far as the petitioners are concerned.
3.This criminal original petition stands allowed.
