ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is A1 and he was arrested on 20.03.2015 and remanded to judicial custody for the alleged offences punishable under sections 403, 408, 467, 471, 477(A), 120(B) of IPC r/w section 109 of IPC, in Crime No.2 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the accused, who were employees of the ration shop, sold the goods for higher price and taken the excess amount of Rs.84,770/-.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution. He further submitted that A2 to A4 were already arrested and released on bail by the trial court. 4.Heard the Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody since 20.03.2015, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions.

6.Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kulithalai and on further condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.20,000/- [Rupees Twenty thousand only] to the Credit of Crime No.2 of 2015 and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
