To call for the records of the judgment dated 05.07.2022 in Special Case No.03 of 2015 on the file of the Special Court for Trial of Cases under the Prevention of Corruption Act cum Cheif Judicial Magistrate Theni District in Crime No.06 of 2012 on the file the Respondent Police and set aside the same and Acquit the Appellant.

Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.LAJAPATHI ROY T, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.R.MEENAKSHISUNDARAM, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8161 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.438 of 2022 dated 18.07.2022.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly.

Crl.M.P.(MD)No.11109 of 2022 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.8161 of 2022 in Crl.A.(MD)No.438 of 2022 is relaxed and the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court once in a month.
