Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.SIVAPRAKASH.S, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.R.SURESH KUMAR, Government Advocate on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioner to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court. 1/3

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to produce sureties. Due to poverty, the petitioner is unable to deposit the amount as directed by this Court. Hence, he is unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time.

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 17.03.2023 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.5098 of 2023 is extended further for a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
