O R D E R This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking for quashment of Crime No.121 of 2022 dated 13.09.2022 registered against the petitioners for the offence punishable under Sections 501 and 506(1) IPC and Section 4A(1a) of the Tamil Nadu Open Places (Prevention of Disfigurement) Act, 1959.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent Police submits that the investigation in this case has already been completed and the charge sheet is filed.

3. Since the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed, this petition becomes infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous.
