For Respondent : Mr.S.Gokulraj PRAYER :- This Criminal Original petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to call for the private complaint bearing C.C.No.166 of 2014 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur District and quash the same as illegal.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners herein are facing trial in C.C.No.166 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.2, Karur.

2. It is a private compliant instituted by the respondent herein. The respondent is a practising lawyer. This Court suggested to the learned counsel on either side that the issue should be given https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.77 of 2015 and a quietus, if the petitioners express their regret to the respondent herein. I am happy to record that the suggestion given by this Court is acceptable to both the parties.

3. Accordingly, the petitioners herein, namely, P.Kandasamy, K.Balu and R.Palanisamy shall meet the respondent herein on 24.09.2019(Tuesday) at 10.00 a.m. in Karur Bar Association, Karur and convey their regret to the respondent herein. They will also give a joint letter to the respondent herein expressing their regrets.

4. This Court expects the respondent herein as well as the office bearers of the Association to receive the petitioners in an appropriate manner.

5. Recording the said undertaking given by the petitioners herein, the impugned proceedings in C.C.No.166 of 2014 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur District, stand quashed as far as the petitioners are concerned. The Criminal Original petition stands allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed.
