ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to direct the first respondent to withdraw the case in Crime No.14 of 2024 from the second respondent and hand over the same to the third respondent or to some other investigation agency and to complete the investigation and file a final report.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, FIR came to be registered in Crime No.14 of 2024 on 18.01.2024 for the alleged offence under Sections 406, 420, 465, 468, 34, 294(b) and 506(i) IPC, they have also examined nine witnesses and they are awaiting for bank statements and seeks four weeks time to file final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the second respondent police is directed to complete the investigation and file final report in Crime No.14 of 2024 before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court, within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
