ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking a direction to the second respondent / the Tahsildar, Thanjavur Taluk Office of Thanjavur to implement the order of the first respondent / the District Collector, Thanjavur which was passed on 30.02.2021 and apparently signed on 30.06.2021 in O.Mu.No.253/2021/H1.

2. In this connection, the petitioner had given a representation to the second respondent on 30.01.2021. However, it would only be appropriate that the petitioner files necessary application through online by paying the necessary and requisite fees for the same and on receipt of such proper application, an obligation is placed on the second respondent to invite the petitioner and examine necessary documents and make necessary inquiries and thereafter, pass necessary orders. 3. With the said observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
