ORDER

The Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 B.N.S.S., seeking orders to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioners except under due process of law.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing on 20.08.2024, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the third respondent has given complaint earlier before the Singampuneri Police Station and after enquiry, the same was ordered to be closed and at that juncture, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) sought time for getting instructions.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that earlier complaint given by the third respondent was closed by the Singampuneri Police Station and that the present 2/4

complaint given by the third respondent is pending in current paper before the second respondent and they have decided to close the matter.

4. Recording the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
