D.No.27/2025 Dated 17.02.2025, seeking further extension of three months time for disposal of the case in PLA No.11 of 2023 on the file of the Permanent Lok Adalat, Tiruchirappalli this Court made the following order:- The Chairman, Permanent Lok Adalat, Tiruchirappalli has sent a communication dated 17.02.2025, to this Court. He states that all the members, who were appointed to the forum, have completed their tenure and there is no quorum as on today. Hence, he has sought for extension of time fixed by this Court in terms of the order passed in W.P.(MD).Nos.20411 and 20412 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024.
2. Considering the reasons set forth in the letter, a further time of three (3) months is granted to the Permanent Lok Adalat to decide Permanent Lok Adalat Case No.11/2023 and connected papers. The period of three (3) months will commence from the date of appointment of members to the permanent Lok Adalat.
