This petition is filed to call for the records in Crime No.124 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent and quash the same.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the investigation in Crime No.12 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the complaint has been closed on 14.03.2017 as 'Mistake of Fact'.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, the petitioners are at liberty to file a private complaint before the appropriate Court. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
