The petitioner has approached this Court for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the second respondent to pass orders in the enquiry conducted by her in the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.163/2020 within a time stipulated by this Court. 2.Heard Mr.P.Subbiah, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.K.Manikkam, learned Government Advocate appearing for R1 and R2.

3.The grievance of the petitioner is that pursuant to the enquiry conducted by the second respondent, the second respondent has not passed any orders. In this regard, the petitioner has also submitted a detailed representation to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the enquiry conducted by the second respondent. W.P.(MD).No.19805 of 2021 conducted by her. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court with the above prayer.

4.Having regard to the limited scope of the prayer, this Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's representation or the case of the petitioner set out in the affidavit filed in support of this Writ Petition, directs the second respondent to pass appropriate orders pursuant to the enquiry conducted by her on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
