Prayer: This Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 2nd respondent to produce the original and office (carbon) copy of OMR Answer sheet of the petitioner in Roll No.4113020439 and furnish the copy of the same to the petitioner and consequentially to direct the respondents to award marks pursuant to the petitioner's original OMR sheet in respect of the NEET Examination conducted on 17.07.2022 within the period that may be stipulated by this Honourable Court and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus as against the second respondent to produce the original and office copy of OMR Answer Sheet of the petitioner with regard to NEET Examination conducted on 17.07.2022.

2.Pending writ petition, by way of interim order, the documents sought for by the writ petitioner were produced in the open Court and the writ petitioner was also furnished with the copy. Though the petitioner has got some grievance over the Answer Sheet, there is no prayer with regard to the same.

3.In view of the fact that the request of the petitioner has already been complied with, no further orders are called for in the present writ petition. The writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
