ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 528 of B.N.S.S., seeking orders, to withdraw the case in Crime No.208 of 2023 pending on the file of the fifth respondent herein and entrust the same to the fourth respondent and also direct the first respondent to monitor the same effectively and file final report in accordance with law.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State would submit that the after completing the investigation, charge sheet came to be filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, through e-filing on 07.03.2024 and since the charge sheet was returned for rectifying some defects, the same were corrected and thereafter, the charge sheet was again represented on 10.08.2024.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and also taking note of the fact that the charge sheet has already been filed before the jurisdictional Court, nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
