ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking for a mandamus forbearing the respondent from putting up any construction or doing any work in the petitioners' patta lands in Old T.S.No.58 and New T.S.No.8/1 (1 Acre 42689 square feet) and Old T.S.No.55/1 & New T.S.No.32/1 (1 Acre, 30492 square feet) in Ward No.6, Nagal Nayakanpatti, Dindigul Town, Dindigul Corporation.

2. The learned counsel for the second respondent, on instructions, would submit that there is no proposal for any construction in the land comprising in in Old T.S.No.58 and New T.S.No.8/1 and Old T.S.No.55/1 & New T.S.No.32/1, in Ward No.6, Nagal Nayakanpatti, Dindigul Town, Dindigul Corporation. He also disputed the title over the subject property.
