ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus seeking examination of a representation given by the petitioner on 17.09.2021 by which representation, the petitioner had sought to survey of the land in Survey No.37/8, Patta No.480 measuring 2.80 Acres at Sethukkuvaithan Village, Eral Taluk.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has stated that the necessary fees has also been made.

3. Mr.D.Gandhiraj, learned Government Counsel, takes notice for respondents 1 and 2.

4. The Tahsildar who is the first respondent with the help of the second respondent / the Taluk Surveyor may examine the representation given by the petitioner, call the petitioner, examine https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.19889 of 2021 the documents and thereafter, comply with the request of the petitioner within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If notice is required, it may also be served on any third party, if it is deemed necessary.
