RESPONDENT/ RESPONDENT Petition filed praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.No.13417 of 2021 on the file of this Honourable Court dated 28.09.2021 instead of executing sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram the petitioners may be permitted to execute sureties before the Judicial Magistrate cum Munsif, at Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District.
Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.G.ANTO PRINCE, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.RMS.SETHURAMAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.13417 of 2021 on the file of this Court, dated 28.09.2021, instead of executing the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Padmanabhapuram, the petitioner may be permitted to execute the sureties before the Judicial Magistrate cum Munsif, Radhapuram, Tirunelveli District.
2. The petitioners without approaching the concerned Court, filed this petition for changing the Court for furnishing the sureties.
