ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the application filed by the petitioner, dated 04.03.2014, for effecting patta transfer in his name.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner had passed away. In view of the subsequent event, he seeks liberty of this Court, for the legal heir of the writ petitioner, to file a fresh application before the first respondent herein. The said statement is recorded. The writ petition stands disposed of with liberty to the legal heir of the writ petitioner to file a fresh application to the first respondent herein. On filing of the said application, the first respondent shall decide the same on merits and in accordance with law, after giving due opportunities to all the parties concerned.
