This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report in Crime No.131 of 2023 dated 06.04.2023 pending investigation on the file of the first respondent police.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that already main case itself was disposed of by the trial Court and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this petition.
