2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel appearing for the third respondent.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 would submit that the period of 6 months from 21.06.2022 to 20.12.2022 was already over and as such nothing survives for further adjudication in the present case.
