Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the fourth respondent to publish the findings of the Enquiry Officer within a stipulated time limit and consequently, direct to pay subsistence allowance from the date of the petitioner's stoppage of duty to till date based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.08.2014. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the Writ Petition, the writ petitioner was terminated from service in proceeding dated 13.05.2016. A copy of the termination order is also served to the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner.
